This two day course aims to develop and hone the skills of already independent trad climbers. Through perfecting ropework skills and gear placements, to making the best decisions and problems solving, it’s time to take your Trad Climbing to the next level.
This course offers participants who are already able to lead, the opportunity to receive direct feedback on their gear placements, set-ups and rope management. This course is ideal for you if you have led climbs in the past but have lost your confidence or perhaps want the opportunity to improve your leading.
Duration: 2 days (Saturday 12th September and Sunday 13th September)

Minimum Age: 18
Prerequisite Experience: Participants must have a minimum of 5 Trad Lead climbs, be competent at lead climbing indoors and must be able to belay another lead climber.
Required equipment: Please bring your harness, helmet, rock shoes and belay plate. If you have any other climbing equipment such as slings, carabiners and quickdraws please bring them too. This will give an opportunity to discuss equipment as a group.
