This two-day course is to give independent sport climbers the opportunity to learn some advanced technical and movement skills, and to make their Sport Climbing as safe and efficient as possible.
This course offers participants who are already able to lead, the opportunity to receive direct feedback on their technique and tactics. It is ideal for you if you have led climbs in the past but have lost your confidence or perhaps want the opportunity to improve your leading.

Minimum Age: 16. Under 18s must be supervised by an adult who is also a participant on this course.
Prerequisite Experience: Participants must have some experience of Sport Lead climbing outdoor, consistently lead climbing indoors and must be able to belay another lead climber.
Required equipment: Please bring your harness, helmet, rock shoes and belay plate. If you have any other climbing equipment such as slings, carabiners and quickdraws please bring them too. This will give an opportunity to discuss equipment as a group.
